Membership Terms & Conditions
Membership Benefits
Each monthly membership includes the following:

Unlimited Weekday Admissions per child, per month

Two (2) Saturday Admissions per child, per month

Two (2) Free Espresso Beverages per booking holder, per month

Two (2) Kids Snack Packs per child, per month
All benefits reset monthly and do not roll over.
Membership Terms

Recurring Payments
Memberships are billed automatically every 30 days from the original signup date. Charges are made to the payment method on file.

Initial Term & Cancellation Policy
Memberships require a 3-month initial commitment. After the initial 3-month term, memberships continue on a month-to-month basis and may be canceled at any time.
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to your renewal date. Cancellations must be made in writing by emailing us at info@heyletsplay.fun.

Household Requirement for Multi-Child Memberships
All children listed on a multi-child membership must reside in the same household.
Multi-child memberships cannot be used for non-sibling groups or shared among friends, neighbors, or extended family.

Non-Transferable
Memberships are valid only for the registered child(ren) and cannot be shared, split, or transferred to other individuals or families.

Check-In Requirements
A valid photo ID and membership confirmation may be required at check-in.

Saturday Admissions
Saturday visits are limited to two (2) per billing cycle and are subject to capacity limits. Advance reservations may be required.

Included Items
Limit of two (2) espresso beverages per booking holder, per month and two (2) kids snack packs per child, per month.
Items must be redeemed in person during your visit. No substitutions. Items have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for credit or refund.

Facility Rules Apply
All general facility rules, safety policies, and age guidelines apply to members at all times.

Special Event Access
Memberships do not guarantee admission during special events, field trips, or private facility rentals unless otherwise stated.

Benefits and pricing are subject to change with a 30-day written notice.

Suspension or Termination
Hey, Let's Play! reserves the right to suspend or cancel any membership due to violation of our facility rules, misconduct, or failure to pay.

Prepaid Annual Membership
Annual memberships are paid in full at the time of purchase and provide 12 months of benefits starting from the date of activation.

Commitment & Cancellation Policy
Annual memberships are non-refundable and non-cancelable once purchased. No partial refunds will be issued for unused months or early cancellation.
