Birthday Party Overview – What You Need to Know!

 

1. Arrival & Setup Time

  • Hosts may arrive 30 minutes early to set up and decorate with their own decor. 

  • Items included in your party package will be set up by Hey, Let’s Play!. 

  • You can park in the front circle to load/unload for your party!
     

2. Guest Check-In

  • Guests will check in at the front desk. Waivers must be signed for all children prior to play.

  • You can share your custom party waiver link ahead of time to save time.
     

3. Duration

  • Your party includes 1.5 (Sweet)/2 hours (Dreamy or Luxe) of private party room access.

  • Feel free to use/split your time however you see fit! The party room is reserved for your entire party. 

  • We’ll give you a 15-minute warning before your party time ends for smooth clean-up and transition.
     

4. Decorations

  • You’re welcome to bring your own decorations!

  • No glitter or confetti, please.

  • Wall-hanging items must be secured with painter's tape only.

 

5. Food & Drinks

  • Outside food and drinks are allowed. 

  • Outside food and drinks can be enjoyed in the party room, but cannot be brought outside of the party room. 

  • Don’t forget your cake server, cake knife, and candles! 

 

6. Number of Guests

  • Your package includes up to 10 (Sweet)/15 (Dreamy)/20(Luxe) admissions. 

  • Children ages 1 year to 10 years are included in the guest count. 

  • Additional children are $5 each.

  • Adults are free. 

  • Please let us know the estimated final guest count 2 days in advance.
     

7. Socks Required

  • Please bring non-slip socks. 

  • All guests must wear non-slip socks in the play area. No shoes or bare feet allowed.

  • Non-slip socks will be available for purchase, if needed. 

 

8. Safety & Supervision

  • Adult supervision is required at all times. Our staff will help monitor, but children must be accompanied.

  • Age-appropriate play areas should be used as intended for guest safety.
     

9. Clean-Up

  • We will handle the cleanup, but please remove your personal items and decorations by your party's end time.
     

10. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide 30 days notice for cancellations or to reschedule. 

  • Deposits are non-refundable with less than 30 days notice.
     

11. Payment 

  • Deposits collected in advance will be applied towards the total payment due for the party. 

  • Final payment is due on the date of the party and will be collected at the end of the party to include payment for additional guests. 

 

12. Contact Information

  • If you have questions before your party, contact us via phone or email.

  • A staff member will greet you upon arrival and escort you to the party room.
